Who We Are

Deborah is the founder of Diamond Trucking Commercial Transportation. She established the company after recognizing a strong need for thorough, hands-on, safety-based training in the transportation industry. With nearly a decade of over-the-road experience, her professional background includes extensive experience in commercial transportation, defensive driving, regulatory compliance, trip planning, cargo handling, customer service, and driver safety.

These skills allow her to provide students with practical instruction rooted in real-world trucking experience and a strong commitment to public safety. Before becoming a CDL Skills Examiner, Deborah worked as a Class A CDL commercial interstate driver for Schneider National Carriers from 2017 to 2022, transporting goods, supplies, and materials across the 48 continental states.
